LEGAL

Terms of Use

LAST UPDATED 2026-10-12

These terms cover your use of Coindrop (“we”, “us”), a directory that helps you find free browser games. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Coindrop is

Coindrop lists games made and hosted by other people. Some games load inside our player through an embedded frame that points at the developer's own site; others link out to the developer's page. We don't host, own, or control the games themselves. Each game belongs to its creator, and its own terms and privacy practices apply when you play it.

Third-party games and links

Using the site

Please don't:

We may block access or remove content that breaks these rules.

Submitting a game

When you submit a game, you confirm you made it or have permission to submit it, and you allow us to list it: show its title, description, author name, screenshots or short preview clips we capture, and either embed it from your server (only when your server allows framing) or link to it. You keep all rights in your game. Ask us to change or remove a listing at any time via legal@coindrop.games.

Accounts and newsletter

If you create an account or subscribe to our newsletter, keep your login details secure and give us an email address you control. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on Coindrop infringes your rights, follow the process on our copyright & takedown page.

Games you upload to Coindrop

If you upload a game build to be hosted by Coindrop, you confirm that you made it or have the rights to publish it, and you keep ownership of it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, serve, display and promote the game on Coindrop (including its name, art and screenshots) for as long as it is hosted here. You can unpublish your game or delete builds by contacting us, and the licence ends when we remove it, apart from copies in backups and caches that expire normally.

Hosted builds must be static web files. Don't upload malware, phishing pages, anything that asks players for passwords or payment details, cryptocurrency miners, content that infringes someone else's rights, or anything illegal. A human reviews each developer's first game; later updates go live automatically and may be reviewed afterwards. We may remove any hosted build or game, or suspend an account, if we believe it breaks these terms or puts players at risk. Hosting is free and comes with limits on size and number of uploads; we don't pay any share of revenue to developers.

No warranty and limits on liability

Coindrop is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything caused by third-party games or websites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
